The Restaurant La Primula is an exclusive location which is located in San Quirino, in the magical land of Magredi nestled between Pordenone and Aviano.
Born in 1873, it is still run by the Canton family that with dedication and professionalism offers its guests dishes of gourmet cooking.
The restaurant's specialty is the fish cuisine, which is combined with the typical products that respect the territory of Friuli, but without forgetting the authentic and refined tastes of other cuisines, from meats to vegetables according to the seasons, interpreted as always with care and rigor by the chef Andrea Canton.
The menu is a la carte, but to make a real path of taste and discover the complex simplicity of preparations and combinations, we recommend the tasting menu.
Throughout its history the Restaurant La Primula has never abandoned the traditional cuisine of Friuli, but through the innovation brought by Andrea, it managed to get the mark of excellence of the Michelin Star.
