Santanna Catering meets Andrea Canton again in "Il Colore dei Miei Piatti", a new cuisine course in three evenings, dedicated to all the lovers that want to learn, experience and know the secrets to learn the harmony on haute cuisine.
Andrea Canton, starred chef of Ristorante La Primula, will propose a series of dishes, where the thread will be the Autumn, that appreciate the importance of matches and will analyse the different techniques of the execution and the making of.
The guests of the three evenings will taste the dishes of Andrea accompanied by the wines exceptionally chosen for the event.
