From the 27th October 2015 to the 6th November 2015 the 7th edition of Italian Cuisine World Summit 2015 will be held in Dubai, the summit that promotes the quality Italian food and wine abroad. The protagonists of the 11 days of the show will be 25 Italian chef awarded with the Michelin Star, and many other chef coming from the best Italian restaurants in the World.

Among these stars of the Italian kitchen, it is also Andrea Canton, chef of Ristorante La Primula that will delight the participants of the show from the 2nd to the 5th November, with its principal dishes through interesting cuisine lessons and Masterclass.
