Friday March 31 was broadcast the Tg2 Eat parade service with an interview to Fabrizio Nonis, known wine journalist, who presents the Pittina, an icon of the great Italian salami.
In the interview, Michelin Star Chef Andrea Canton of the Restaurant "La Primula" presents us a dish of dumplings served on a Pittina cream. The dish is completed with the addition of Pittina cut à julienne.
