You can buy the smoked salmon we produce entirely handmade.
The duration of the process of five days, threaded, then salted and flavored with lemon peel and coriander, and finally the light affumincatura which is performed four times with juniper wood. The salmon does not contain any type of colorant and a preservative.

The salmon is just cooked to order in baffe or vacuum slices, this to ensure the product to maintain its characteristics and to ensure delivery in time.

The salmon baffe can be of different size from 800 to 1200 grams
The cut-outs 300 to 500 grams

Hams and steaks come packaged with gift bag.
