During the book festival Pordenone legge from 16 to 20 September, Slow Food FVG organizes a meeting between Josko Gravner, icon of the Italian wine, and Stefano Caffari, author of the book Gravner – Coltivare il vino at Mantica Palace in Pordenone.
For this special occasion Slow Food FVG organizer a special dinner at Ristorante la Primula. The menu is studied from the chef Andrea Canton for the match with Ribolla in Jars of Gravner, a fine wine that matures for 7 years before being served. The other proposals are the Breg from Riesling grapes, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Grey Pinot.
